1. Introduction

  • These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the services provided by Divine Luxury Detail, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services Provided

  • Divine Luxury Detail provides mobile auto detailing services, including but not limited to exterior washing, interior cleaning, paint correction, ceramic coatings, and other related detailing services. Our services are available by appointment only, and all appointments are subject to availability.

3. Service Fees and Payments

  • All service fees will be communicated in advance. Payment must be made in full at the time of service, and we accept cash or credit cards.
  • The fees for the services are subject to change, and any changes will be reflected before the service is provided.

4. SMS Communication

  • By texting 208-504-1005, you consent to receive SMS communications from Divine Luxury Detail related to customer service inquiries.
  • Types of Messages: Messages related to customer service inquiries.
  • Texting Cadence: The frequency of messages will vary based on the services you request or communication needed.
  • Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.
  • Opt-Out: You may opt-out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying with the word STOP.
  • For Assistance: reply HELP for support.
  • Privacy Policy: Your privacy is important to us. All personal data provided during booking will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • The client is responsible for ensuring the vehicle is accessible at the time of the scheduled service, including providing the necessary keys, and access to the vehicle.
  • The client should notify Divine Luxury Detail of any known issues or specific instructions related to their vehicle before the service is performed.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • We request cancellations to be made at least 24 hours in advance to allow us to fill your time slot with another customer.
  • Rescheduling can be done at no additional charge if requested at least 24 hours in advance. If rescheduling within a shorter timeframe, we reserve the right to charge a rescheduling fee.

7. Liability

  • Divine Luxury Detail is not responsible for any pre-existing damages to your vehicle.
  • We will not be liable for any damages arising from the improper use of your vehicle after the service.

8. Privacy Policy

  • Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you agree to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Modifications to Terms

  • Divine Luxury Detail reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the effective date will be updated accordingly.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Idaho. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Treasure Valley.
